The Adventure Team provides bespoke professional development and team building events for small business organisations and large corporate groups throughout Northern Ireland, Ireland and further afield.
Our events focus on developing creative problem-solving, cooperation, increasing team communication and performance and fun!
Through the adventure learning process, participants can gain a greater awareness of the group process, learn skills that they can take home and to work, that will help them to promote healthier working relationships, and have fun at the same time!
