Are you ready for a thrill you won’t forget? Abseiling is an amazing way to face your fears as you reluctantly lean back over the edge and maneuver your way down the rock face – attached to a safety rope of course!
Make sure to take a few minutes and enjoy the views from the top, inhale a deep breath and relax as you return to ground level. Our expert instructors have your safety in hand and will make sure you keep smiling and keep coming back for more.

Where can I try Abseiling?
We use a number of venues across Northern Ireland and Ireland. Among these are Runkerry on the North Coast, Culdaff in Donegal and various locations in the Mourne Mountains.
What age do I have to be to try Abseiling?
Abseiling is suitable for anyone age 8 or older.
How long does an Abseiling Adventure last?
A standard Abseiling Adventure lasts 2.5 hours.
What equipment do I need to go on an Abseiling Adventure?
We provide all specialist equipment including harnesses and helmets – all that you need to provide is sturdy footwear such as trainers or light boots (sandals are not appropriate)
Will I be safe Abseiling?
We have over 15 years experience in the delivery of Abseiling Adventures. All of our instructors are trained and assessed in accordance with our Activity Guidelines detailed in our comprehensive Risk Assessment Policy. Our instructors are all qualified First Aiders and meet all of our Child Protection checks including ACCESS NI. We also hold a £5 million insurance policy.

How much does it cost to go on an Abseiling Adventure?
Abseiling costs £30 per person and we have a special youth rate of £20 per person.
Why not add on Rock Climbing or one of our other activities for only £10 per person.
Discounts are available on open sessions, family days and for members of The Adventure Club!
