Why do you do what you do?

I have always been interested in people and in helping others to achieve their full potential.

I love seeing people understand their abilities, identify both their personal and career goals, overcome perceived obstacles and then reach them!

Career Highlights?

While working with a group of long-term unemployed adults on a 2 week pre-employment course, I received a hug and personal thanks from a young single mum who entered employment, when previously she wouldn’t have believed she ever could!

Working on Antrim Enterprise Agency’s Exploring Enterprise Programme and seeing most of my group leave early because they developed the confidence to succeed at job interviews.

And running assessment centres in Hong Kong a few years ago was pretty cool too!

Future Challenges?

To do a 12 foot jump at Ballintoy while coasteering!

Stop getting injured while playing hockey and running as I would love to complete another marathon and improve on my time in my first one in Belfast 2010!
