I have to admit that if I was sitting in my office right now listening to the howling wind and driving rain I would not be overly excited about going outside to deliver a Team Building Event. Indeed, I am sure anyone driving to that Team Building Event would be asking themselves “what on earth am I doing here today? It’s going to be cold, wet and miserable…”

Geographically we are very lucky – we have plenty of rain, the lakes and rivers are rarely dry and we have lush green countryside. That’s why we have so many visitors from around the globe. But that doesn’t make the idea of going outside in the pouring cold rain for Team Building any more attractive.

That’s why we have indoor facilities at our base in Gortin! We know that you don’t want to be wet and cold (equals miserable); we don’t want to be either! We know that the weather can affect each and everyone of us so we have almost 20 indoor events! With many more on the way!!!

People learn at times when they are under pressure and while adverse weather provides this we believe that Team Building Events can do this regardless of the weather. Hence our efforts in providing indoor Team Building Events that will promote fun, learning and camaraderie!
